CHILDREN’S CITY CHURCH

FOUNDATION matters!!! Here at CCCK (Children’s City Church Kampala) we are devoted to shaping the future (young children) in God’s perspective of things. Anyone can do what we do, so what makes us different? This is why, we have chosen to rise now and build the righteous that will do when the foundations are being shaken.

The key is simply letting them know they have God who is their father, He created them, He will never leave them no matter where they go, He knows their name, He knows their every thought, He sees each tear that falls and hears them when they call. We teach them to love God, love His Church and show them how to have fun in doing that.

For this reason we acknowledge that it’s not difficult to achieve this with as many volunteers passionate about the next generation. The assumption is, since its Church every child would be doing their best to be a good person and cooperative, and if that is the case, present a topic for a couple of minutes, sing some songs, call it a lesson until we meet next Sunday. Well that could be the case someplace else but it’s not what the Kids team at CCK seeks to achieve.

Through fun packed experiences relevant to different age groups, kids are encouraged to participate in activities aided with music, various forms of visual and creative arts that present Jesus Christ and His Church in a way which children will never forget. So we seek to partner with those passionate volunteers, parents (the greatest teachers of all!), pastors, community leaders (various professions), and teachers in equipping them with great resource. We believe that teaching children to love God and others helps them quickly discover who they are, their purpose both in and away from church.

We have a team of amazing people that bring a message of “Life in Christ for the next generation” to hundreds of children in our church every week. At cck we believe that discipling families and making a difference in the lives of children is critical to the work of the kingdom.
